Kelly E. Keough
Kelly E. Keough is a Boston-based cookbook author, TV host, and reality TV writer known for pioneering the healthy cooking genre in Los Angeles. After graduating with an MFA in Screenwriting from AFI - where she won the prestigious, top five film school PRISM Next Generation writing award for depicting addiction in a sitcom - Kelly spent the next decade dealing with her own sugar addiction. Then, immersing herself in the art of sugar-free/gluten-free baking and raw vegan cooking, she fell in love with her new way of life and shared with the world how she beat sugar addiction: by having her sweets and eating them, too. As the first published sugar/gluten-free baking cookbook author in the USA, Kelly published a second vegan cookbook and sold her 26-episode healthy reality TV cooking series, which she created, wrote, and hosted. A natural teacher, Kelly has taught cooking classes at the renowned Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC.
