Aging Gracefully With Ballet
As women age, we go through a natural process of change. We might experience an imbalance of hormones in our body that affects our cycle, temperature, mood, diet, sleep patterns, and libido. This can cause much disruption, especially if we’re not aware of the lifestyle habits we could make in order to correct this imbalance. To embrace our full womanhood, to rejoice and celebrate our femininity in all its variations and phases, it’s essential to learn how to be gentler and more loving of ourselves — by dancing the joy of self-discovery.
Embrace Your Femininity
In this seven-day course by classical ballet teacher Tasha Bertram, you’ll learn the foundational art of ballet, holistically and with kindness. This course is designed to exercise your mind and your memory, as you work your body to achieve the fine, graceful movements of a dancer. When we dance, we free something within us, liberate our spirit as we move, and tap into our femininity — whatever age we are. This is the healing we need to bring strength and joy to our life as we go through changes in our journey as women. Ballet has much to offer with its mindful movements: it encourages a deeper awareness of each body part, so we can sense what we need, take control of our situation, and create harmony in our lives.
