Diana Raab, PhD, is a research psychologist with a focus on the healing and transformative powers of personal writing. She facilitates workshops that lead to transformation and empowerment through journaling, poetry, and memoir writing. She is an award-winning author of ten books and more than a thousand articles and poems. A regular contributor several periodicals, Diana is also the editor of two anthologies, has published four poetry collections, and her memoirs.
