Success rates for those that do try are low and a high percentage of those that actually do achieve success end up gaining their weight back within a short period of time.
It’s time to change both our mindset and approach if we want to get the results we are looking for. Instead of waiting to reach our goal to feel happier, sexier, more attractive, etc., why not feel that way now and leverage those good feelings to help us reach our goal. This approach is much more successful and a whole lot more fun.
