Ayurveda is the world's oldest health system, originating in ancient India 5,000 years ago. It’s the sister science of yoga and is based on mind-body balance and eating the right foods for your unique physiology, environment, digestive system, and personality type. In my Ayurvedic training in India, I found that much of the ancient suggestions are nearly impossible for the modern Western person to follow. So I created my Eat Right for Your Mind-Body Type system, infusing ancient Ayurveda with modern nutritional science and easy-to-make vegan recipes.
