Becoming Whole Again
You Can Become Whole and Enjoy Wellness
Trauma and life-altering events can make us disconnect from everyone and everything. States of hypervigilance and numbness can become a vicious cycle, triggers can set off reactivity, and even our spiritual lives can suffer. We can feel detached, irritable, anxious, and highly reactive in myriad ways.
We now know that trauma rewires the brain in an attempt to protect us, but that rewiring can actually harm us and hold us back from enjoying our lives. Traumas hijack our sense of well-being and true purpose and can lead to diagnoses of post-traumatic stress disorder or acute stress disorder. The good news is we have what’s called neuroplasticity, which means our brain can recover and be restored.
Trauma doesn't have to define you. Instead, it can refine you. With reframing and proper processing, you can learn to reconnect with yourself and others. You can change the course of your life by focusing on the things that aid your healing, and in doing so, the thoughts and reactivity that harm you will stop over time. You can find your value and purpose, and move toward it.
Reset Your Sense of Safety and Resilience
This course was designed to facilitate your personal recovery at your own pace. Your healing journey is sacred. Your story is unique. You, and only you, know how you feel and, more importantly, how you want to feel. These lessons will aid your transformation. Trauma may have infiltrated every part of your life, but you can change what it has done to you. That time was not lost or wasted. It can be processed with a new perspective.

You will be shown how to employ the same trinity to reconnect with the good life you were born to have. You can get past the past.
