Over a period of 7 days, you’ll receive a new lesson daily that will open up new ways of examining and addressing intimacy struggles. Each lesson will provide you with expert insights, tools, and highly beneficial journaling homework to help you practice the skills you’ve learned so you can apply them to your own relationship.

Lesson 1: What is Intimacy to You?
You’ll discover how to identify what your intimacy language is, as well as how to acknowledge your partner’s intimacy language so you can create a loving and effective communication style.
Lesson 2: Parental Modeling
You’ll uncover some early childhood modeling experiences of how you saw adults expressing intimacy to help you to understand how you and your partner were “set up” to see and express intimacy in the way you do currently.
Lesson 3: Formative Experiences
Using the wisdom gleaned from your lived experience, you’ll do an intimacy experience history to identify how your past experiments and experiences may be affecting your present ability to be intimate.
Lesson 4: Tweak your Self-Narrative
Every day, you are living out a self-narrated story of our lives. In this lesson, you’ll uncover the self-narratives around intimacy that you’re living out daily, and will learn how to change your narrative if it’s not working for you.
Lesson 5: Becoming Emotionally Articulate
You’ll learn about your “emotional vocabulary” and how it can be expanded to communicate more effectively with your partner.
Lesson 6: Intimate Communication
Moving into the growth phase of the course, you’ll learn effective tools to recognize when the ‘intimacy struggle’ is a result of miscommunication, and how to create a common language so that both partner’s intimacy needs can be communicated and acknowledged.
Lesson 7: Deepening Your Intimacy
This lesson will show you how to apply what you’ve learned from this course into your daily life. You’ll be building an intimacy practice to strengthen and develop your new self-awareness.
