Feeling Happier In Your Life

This course is was written by two leading positive psychologists and researchers, based on their own experience of completing the Masters in Applied Positive Psychology degree course and investigating their own personal experience of happiness. They share their knowledge and their personal experience throughout the course as well as participating in the forums and offering free online webinar discussions from time to time. Dan Collinson and Lesley Lyle are leading Positive Psychologists in the UK. They were both students on the first Masters in Applied Positive Psychology degree course run by Buckinghamshire New University. After graduating, they were recruited as Associate Lecturers on the degree course and became Academic Partners with the university through their positive psychology company, Positive Psychology Learning. This business offers courses, coaching and consultation to individuals and organisations. They have worked with a number of international organisations including the government in United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Royal Air Force (RAF), Gross National Happiness (GNH) in Bhutan, and regularly travel to attend and speak at conferences and summit meetings around the world. They are passionate about sharing the science of happiness and success and are co-founders of ‘The Positive Psychology People’, a non-profit website and Facebook group with over 30,000 followers.
