Kathy Gruver

Dr. Kathy Gruver is an award-winning author, professional speaker, and ACC-certified coach with more than 30 years of experience in mind-body medicine and human behavior. With a PhD in natural health, she has studied mind-body medicine at the famed Benson Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard and mindfulness with Eckhart Tolle, Thich Nhat Hanh, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Dr. Daniel Brown. Kathy had the great privilege of creating a stress-reduction program for the U.S. military, has captivated hundreds of audiences all over the world, and has delivered two TEDx talks. She has written eight books, hosted a TV series based on her first book, and is the cohost of the Fire and Earth Podcast. She is also a hypnotherapist, reiki master, and medical massage therapist. Kathy’s passion is moving others through passionate storytelling and actionable tools.
