Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
In everyday life, most people will feel stress and anxiety at some point. The noise from "out there" can be overwhelming. It can feel challenging at times to simply relax. In this course, you will have the opportunity to begin or deepen your healing journey. This could be your first time experiencing a sound healing (sound meditation or sound bath), or it could be your hundredth. There is no prior experience required. Sound healer and artist Roxie Sarhangi will guide you into a meditative acoustic sound "concert" that encourages feelings of peace, serenity, and an overall sense of joy. By the end of the course, you will be able to relax your nervous system, and feel centered, refreshed, and recharged. In tandem with the sound healing sessions, this course will offer daily self-care activities, along with affirmations as meaningful mantras, and thoughtful activities that nurture a gentle transformation and spiritual connection.
