Kellen Milad is a movement coach and content creator with more than a decade of experience helping others rediscover the joy of movement. Since he was a kid, Kellen has been fascinated by movement and the mind-body connection. After acquiring a master’s degree in counseling psychology, Kellen followed his passion for holistic health and coaching into the fitness industry. Now he’s on a mission to help as many people as possible to move better! Kellen teaches people how to create a daily mindful movement practice that promotes longevity, well-being, and bridges the gap between the gym and the real world.
