You’ll learn simple stretches that can be done in bed to gently wake up and align the body, and additional moves for whenever you need an energy boost. To customize this for your morning routine, you’ll receive two short exercise videos every day that you may choose from depending on your schedule, both designed to activate and strengthen the core, improve balance, and connect your breath to your body. Daily affirmation and gratitude journaling prompts will also be provided to nurture your well-being and inspire you throughout the day. By the end of this course, you’ll welcome each morning with greater enthusiasm and zeal, and feel more calm and content each night.

Meet Your Teacher

Niki is a former professional dancer trained at The School of Toronto Dance Theatre.

Her love of dance led her to the world of Pilates where she was instantly drawn to the way it cross-trained her body with a strong focus on attention to detail, resulting in fewer injuries, more endurance, and enhanced performance. As an instructor, her approach is informed by over 17 years of training in the STOTT Pilates method while honoring her dance background and need for freedom of movement. Niki is drawn to quality of movement, creating sequencing that flows, and exercises that challenge the mind, the body, and their ability to work together to build and support a toned, agile body able to adapt and move instinctively.
