Niki Carr

Niki is a former professional dancer trained at The School of Toronto Dance Theatre.

Her love of dance led her to the world of Pilates where she was instantly drawn to the way it cross-trained her body with a strong focus on attention to detail, resulting in fewer injuries, more endurance, and enhanced performance. As an instructor, her approach is informed by over 17 years of training in the STOTT Pilates method while honoring her dance background and need for freedom of movement. Niki is drawn to quality of movement, creating sequencing that flows, and exercises that challenge the mind, the body, and their ability to work together to build and support a toned, agile body able to adapt and move instinctively.
