4 Minutes for Back Pain
Back pain is no joke. I know because I was debilitated with it for years. I had a severe spinal injury, SI joint instability, and sciatica nerve pain, but I was able to heal myself. Now my back is pain free, I teach yoga and fitness all around the world, and I'm doing it all in my 50s. My approach is this: most of us don't have hours a day to spend on exercise and stretching, so I designed effective micro-movements that release tightness and tension on a deeper level in around four minutes a day.
Back Pain Relief in Only 4 Minutes a Day
Science no longer supports holding stretches for a long time, known as "static stretches," to release your muscles. In fact, a light, dynamic warmup with a short period of somatic stretching, gentle stretching that focuses on the internal feel of the stretch, is proven by research to be more effective at relaxing muscles and diminishing pain more quickly and for longer.
This program will teach you quick, dynamic somatic stretches that can help you build strength and flexibility, and prevent you from developing back pain in the future. You'll also get tools to release points in your body where you may be holding emotional tension that can increase strain and discomfort in your hips, sacrum, and lower back. You'll be amazed at how little time and effort it takes to let go of the pain.
