In this seven-day course by Pilates instructor Alex Horton, you'll be introduced to the ways resistance bands can be used to maximize your exercise. Each workout will target a specific area of the body, allowing you to build strength and tone. Lessons are quick, effective, and clearly explained. Alex will guide you through each of the exercises, ensuring that you're moving with good form and getting the most out of your workouts. She provides modifications that allow you to move safely and challenge yourself based on your current level of fitness.

Alex is a mat Pilates instructor based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and is also the founder of an online fitness platform. Alex trained as a Level 3 mat Pilates Instructor and is experienced in teaching one-to-one and group Pilates sessions. Her commitment to her students and her expertise in human kinetics translate into well-planned sessions designed to meet the individual needs of all participants. The range of different exercises she teaches help students to build strong, balanced muscles and effective movement patterns they can take with them beyond the lessons and into all physical aspects of their lives. Alex believes that everyone has the potential (and owes it to themselves) to move through life feeling fit, strong, energetic, and pain free.
