Alex Horton

Alex is a mat Pilates instructor based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and is also the founder of an online fitness platform. Alex trained as a Level 3 mat Pilates Instructor and is experienced in teaching one-to-one and group Pilates sessions. Her commitment to her students and her expertise in human kinetics translate into well-planned sessions designed to meet the individual needs of all participants. The range of different exercises she teaches help students to build strong, balanced muscles and effective movement patterns they can take with them beyond the lessons and into all physical aspects of their lives. Alex believes that everyone has the potential (and owes it to themselves) to move through life feeling fit, strong, energetic, and pain free.
