As a health, eating psychology, and conscious development practitioner, Cynthia Stadd has ignited weight and health makeovers for hundreds of people in the last 20 years. Her approach is grounded in personal experience, developed in response to her own struggles with weight and compulsive eating. After falling in love with the art and science of coaching, her subject expertise evolved into working with topics such as personal growth, stress reduction, behavioral change, spiritual grounding, and interpersonal communication. Cynthia graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. from New York University, and has earned four certifications from healing and therapy-based institutes across the country.
