The goal of this course is to motivate and help women on their self-love journey. Jannine Murray was able to get to the root causes of her weight gain, hormone imbalance, cravings, emotional eating, and insomnia. Combining what she learned from her personal healing journey and professional fitness training, she created this 21-day body empowerment program.
