In our busy and stressful world, we all need a little more time for ourselves, a little more time to soften and absorb, to relax and release, and to simply let go and become more present. We all need restoration in our lives! Whether we feel burned out from overworking our bodies, mentally exhausted from our job or from parenting, or just constantly stressed and tired, we must make time for renewal and self-care to maintain our good health and well-being.

Take Time to Rejuvenate and Relax

This 10-day course by yoga and wellness teacher Leah Sugerman will help you cleanse your mind and body by alleviating tension and strain physically while simultaneously encouraging mental growth, clarity, and peace. In each lesson you'll learn how to practice a yoga routine with pranayama (breath work) and a guided meditation. Each routine will focus on a different area of the body to help release stress, alleviate any chronic pain, and create greater flexibility and balance in both body and mind. The meditations are simple but highly effective in helping you stay grounded, present, and relaxed throughout your day.

What is included in this course:

  • 10 relaxing and rejuvenating yoga video practices that can be done anytime to keep you sane, stress-free, calm, and healthy.
  • 10 mantra meditations and inspirational quotes to spark reflection and use as a tool to help you move through life's challenges.
  • Real-life applicable ways to take your practice off the mat and into your everyday life experiences.
  • Unlimited access so you can go back to these healing classes whenever you need to find your balance and relax.

Leah Sugerman is an E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified instructor with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience, specializing in restorative, yin, and vinyasa yoga. From Leah's very first encounter with yoga, she was hooked. She fell in love with the pure dichotomy of the practice, the stark contrast between strength and power compared to grace and surrender. A grateful student of her vastly knowledgeable teachers, Leah teaches a fusion of the styles that she has studied with a strong emphasis on breath, alignment, and the sacred balance between effort and ease in the practice. Leah has been published throughout many different yoga-centered journals and teaches classes and workshops both online and around the world.
