In this exclusive secen-day program, nice leading teachers from around the world will guide you, step-by-step to help improve your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Each day, a new instructor will provide a lesson that is designed to be welcoming to beginners, but helpful to anyone at any level. You will be led through quick, effective full body HIIT, pilates, and yoga workouts, that will get you toned and energized. Here's a breakdown of each day:
DAY 1: BODY: Fitness expert Sarah Rector leads two 10-minute classes: Total Body Stretch and Sculpt for Body Tone.
DAY 2: MIND: Yoga instructor Barry Ennis will guide a 30-minute Vinyasa Yoga class, and he shares a mental training practice.
DAY 3: SPIRIT: Meditation teacher David Holzer walks you through two meditations that are simple to do but offer a deep tranquil experience.
DAY 4: BODY: Fitness trainer Stefanie Turner will lead a 20-minute Strong to the Core Pilates class.
DAY 5: MIND: Fitness trainer Rachel Rubin teaches two of her restorative classes: Mindful Warm-up Stretch and Mindful Yoga.
DAY 6: SPIRIT: Meditation teacher Emily Spurling guides a rejuvenating morning meditation and a calming evening practice that's perfect for falling to sleep with.
DAY 7: MIND + BODY + SPIRIT: End the course by bringing it all together, enjoy a 20-minute HIIT for Total Body with Jace Balbach, a 5-minute Stress Busting Stretch with Jannine Murray, and a post-workout relaxation experience led by Kelly Smith.
