Donna Davidge
Donna Amrita Davidge took her first yoga class in college in the 1970's. In the mid 1980's, she discovered Kundalini yoga and was quickly encouraged by her teacher to teach. She also holds a Masters in Nutrition. In 1999, she branched out into Dharma, Iyengar, and Ashtanga yoga, which she began to incorporate into her retreats in 2003, as well as her teaching in New York City. She has appeared in print, radio, and television over her years as a full-time yoga instructor. She chronicles her journey of how yoga helped her emotionally, physically, and spiritually in her 2019 memoir.
