Stephanie Mansour currently hosts a health and fitness TV show on PBS. She has been a health and fitness expert for almost 15 years, holding certifications in personal training, yoga, Pilates, and life coaching. Her Bachelor's degree is from the University of Michigan and her primary area of interest is providing daily tips to help people "step it up" in their own lives. Improving posture is a passion project of Stephanie's, as she used to be that hunched over person living in pain. As a widely recognized fitness expert, Stephanie's first client was herself, and she currently helps millions of people a day enhance their body's fitness and overall health.
