Originally from the UK, Sarah Louise Rector has been a prominent figure in the fitness world of Los Angeles since 2016. As an experienced fitness instructor and personal trainer, she has worked with well-known celebrities, studios, and brands while expanding her workout method, the SLR Life. With a modeling career spanning more than 20 years and a passion for combining fitness and dance in her workouts, Sarah understands how to help others feel and look their best.

Jannine Murray

Jannine Murray (1982-2022) was a health and fitness specialist and personal trainer in Victoria, British Columbia. Her journey started at 16 years old when she studied for two years at the spiritual retreat Sointula Greens in Lytton, BC. It was there that she learned about food as medicine, working with the earth and plant energies, and powerful mind-body meditative techniques like the Silva Method. This spurred her on a path to grow and help heal others. She had an extensive background in martial arts; aerobics; weight training; ballet, modern and jazz dance; and holistic nutrition. Dedicated and inspired through fitness, Jannine "hoped to change the world, one body at a time." She passed away on April 14, 2022, but her inspiring work lives on.

Stephanie Mansour

Stephanie Mansour currently hosts a health and fitness TV show on PBS. She has been a health and fitness expert for almost 15 years, holding certifications in personal training, yoga, Pilates, and life coaching. Her Bachelor's degree is from the University of Michigan and her primary area of interest is providing daily tips to help people "step it up" in their own lives. Improving posture is a passion project of Stephanie's, as she used to be that hunched over person living in pain. As a widely recognized fitness expert, Stephanie's first client was herself, and she currently helps millions of people a day enhance their body's fitness and overall health.
